Brenda Miller

Executive Assistant to Dan Alderman

Brenda has been my personal assistant for over 18 years.  She is essentially “the cog in the wheel” of this team and system.  Most everything administratively goes through her hands.  She provides support services including preparation of all contracts, renewals, escrow deposits, proposals, and RFPs.  She inputs the property information on multiple listing sites, coordinates property showings and oversees and manages the administration of our marketing programs.  There is nobody better with time management, organization, and efficiency. Her dedication to me and this team has always been extraordinary.

David Alderman

REALTOR®/Sales Assistant

David joined our team as a sales assistant and a real estate agent in 2017.  As a sales assistant, he handles incoming calls on listing inquiries, communicates with our clients, shows properties, and does marketing research.  As a sales agent he has provided excellent service to our clients to close and finalize transactions.  He is very knowledgeable on the state of the market, real estate transactions and assessing the needs of clients.  As a valuable asset to me and this team, he brings a strong consulting mentality to every client encounter by thoughtfully addressing our client’s questions and concerns and giving solid advice and direction.  He wants the best for our clients.

Michele Alderman

Operations Manager

Michele has been my partner in real estate for over 30 years. Prior to joining me in the real estate industry in 1991, she had extensive sales, sales management, and marketing experience.  Michele is instrumental in the creation and development of our highly successful system of operations.  She is a visionary and creative thinker who always brings a fresh perspective, ideas, and answers to any situation.  She is a problem solver who is highly effective at getting things done.  As a manager, her philosophy has always been, “my staff does not work for me, I work for them”.  Michele will always make sure they have what they need to be not only effective, but also creative and progressive in the work that they do.
